Our core market is the state of Lower Saxony and the region around our home town of Braunschweig. Here we want to strengthen our brand and our sales through local and regional marketing activities such as press advertising, poster advertising, radio advertising and POS marketing. We also support local and regional festivals in order to be as close as possible to our customers.
We have modern bottling plants and are certified to the highest quality standards by IFS (International Food Standards). We are flexible, fast and straightforward in meeting your requirements. All this, combined with our extensive experience in international markets and our export management skills, makes us a successful global player.
Our brewery’s proximity to Germany’s largest port in Hamburg enables fast transport and reduced freight costs. We offer improved handling services for sea freight (optionally by inland waterway) and road transport.
Sustainability is critical to us, including waste management, CO₂ reduction, and prudent energy and water consumption. In 2020, we reduced our office paper consumption by 25 percent by using fewer printers and digital workflows. Our bottle labels are based on paper without metallization.
Thanks to our own dealcoholization plant, we no longer need transport to external suppliers, which reduces our CO₂ emissions. We have invested in new cooling systems and implemented a water consumption analysis process. Our energy management is certified by DEKRA. We are also IFS Food certified to ensure sustainability across the entire value chain.
We work consistently according to the rules of an extended quality management system and thus guarantee our customers a consistently high level of quality. Important elements of our quality assurance are the certification of our brewery in accordance with the International Food Standards IFS.
Our non-alcoholic malt beverages are produced in accordance with HALAL regulations. Some of our products meet the standards for Kosher certification.
As a German brewery, it goes without saying that all our beers are brewed strictly according to the German Purity Law. The only ingredients we use to brew our beer are barley malt, natural water, hops and yeast. No corn, rice, acids or other chemical additives are allowed. This is certainly the main reason for the high international reputation of German beers.
Modern brewing techniques, combined with the excellent know-how of our master brewers and selected ingredients, guarantee the unique quality and taste of our beers.
